| Abstract | Abstract This paper presents a mathematical study of the relationship between climatic variables of temperature and precipitation to agricultural productivity of soybean in the regions in Brazil by a simplified mathematical model. The analysis of the estimated productivity provided a good estimate when compared with observed values, despite using a very simplified model. Through the principal component analysis get the important information of the relations between variables, that helped in the preparation and evaluation of the mathematical model. The regressions for the north and northeast regions still have a low correlation, this may be a sign that it is necessary to include other variables in the mathematical model. In general, it can obtain qualitative information on the impact of variability in temperature and precipitation through this model proposed in this paper. Resumo Este trabalho apresenta um estudo das relações matematicas entre as variáveis climáticas de temperaturea e precipitação com a produtividade agrícola da soja nas principais regiões brasileiras através de um modelo matematico simplificado. A análise da estimativa de produtividade forneceu uma boa estimativa quando comparados aos valores observados, apesar de se utilizar de um modelo bem simplificado. Através das análises de componentes principais obteu-se informações importantes das relações entre as variáveis, para a elaboração e avaliação do modelo matemático. As regressões para as regiões norte e nordeste ainda possuem uma correlação baixa, isto pode ser um sinal de que é necessário incluir outras variáveis no modelo matemático. Em geral, podese obter informações qualitativas do impacto da variabilidade de temperatura e precipitação através deste modelo proposto neste trabalho. |
